The hybrid joining process includes the combination of two or more joining technologies,such as welding,riveting and bonding.The structural adhesives are an indispensable part in the hybrid joining process,which provide excellent bonding strength,durability and flexibility and have been increasingly used in automotive,aerospace,electronics and other industries.The application of structural adhesive joints in hybrid joining process is reviewed.
