利益相关者视域下新时代高职教育产教深度融合动力机制研究

A Study on the Motivation Mechanism of the Deep Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era from the Perspective of Stakeholders

产教深度融合是新时代高等职业教育高质量发展的必由之路,具有新的价值驱动、经济驱动和治理驱动要素。产教深度融合是一项涉及多方利益相关者的复杂工程,其顺利推进需要激发利益相关者的内在动力。针对当前高职教育存在的利益诉求难实现、资源共享欠深入、制度保障不健全所导致的产教融合难深入的现实困境,亟需从利益相关者视角出发,从构建利益协调机制、资源共享机制、制度完善机制三方面找寻推动高职教育产教深度融合的动力机制,以此调动利益相关者的内在动力。

The deep integration of industry and education is the necessary path for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era,with new value driven,economy driven,and governance driven factors.The deep integration of industry and education is a complex project involving multiple stakeholders,and its smooth progress requires stimulating the internal motivation of stakeholders.In response to the difficulties in realizing the interests of the deep integration of industry and education in current vocational education,the lack of in-depth resource sharing,and the inadequate institutional guarantee,it is urgent to find a driving mechanism for promoting the deep integration of industry and education in vocational education from the perspective of stakeholders,from the construction of interest coordination mechanisms,resource sharing mechanisms,and institutional improvement mechanisms,in order to mobilize the internal motivation of stakeholders.
