高职院校学生自我管理研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Self⁃Management Research on Higher Vocational College Students

高职院校实行学生自我管理制度是学校管理改革的需要,也是促进学生成长成才的有效途径。检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方学术论文数据库中该领域的核心期刊论文,并应用文献计量学方法分析研究现状及焦点主题。结果显示,高职院校学生自我管理的研究呈现重视程度不足、区域间发展不平衡、作者间合作度低、研究质量有待提高等现状;研究热点集中于论证高职院校学生自我管理是促进职业人才培养的有效途径以及探讨提升自我管理效能的方法。在新时代背景下,应重视学生自我管理研究,加强区域间、作者间合作交流,着力开展高质量研究。同时,秉持“以人为本”的理念,借助“互联网+”的优势,以就业为导向,实现多专业学生自我管理,全面促进职业人才培养。

Implementing student self-management in vocational colleges is a necessity for school management reform and an effective way to promote students'growth and success.Papers of core journals in this field were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang,and bibliometric analysis was conducted to analyze the research status and hotspots,the results of which indicate that the research on self-management of vocational college students shows insufficient emphasis,uneven development among regions,low cooperation among authors,and the need to improve the quality of research,and that the research hotspot focuses on demonstrating that self-management of vocational college students is an effective way to promote vocational talent cultivation,and on exploring methods to enhance self-management efficiency.In the context of the new era,attention should be paid to student self-management research,cooperation and exchange between regions and authors should be strengthened,and high-quality research should be carried out.At the same time,adhering to the concept of"people first",taking advantage of the advantages of"Internet plus"and taking employment as the guidance,we will realize the self-management of multi major students and comprehensively promote the cultivation of professional talents.
