At first,the thesis makes am analysis of the current situation and the problems in the cultivation of the teaching ability of English Normal undergraduates at present.Then it explores the strategies to cultivate the teaching ability of English Normal undergraduates.It is hope that it will be helpful to improve the teaching effect of English Major,and train more talents to meet the need of the basic education market.
