摘要
针对现阶段国内果蔬采摘机器人的不同采摘品种进行综合性汇总,发现其中存在的问题,如缺乏总体规划、功能性单一、通用性灵活性差、果蔬损伤率高、人机交互不足等等,并提出完善功能构造,优化末端控制器,改善采摘算法逻辑,提高设备的通用性与可靠性,减少成本和操作难度,优化操作界面等建议,为未来的果蔬采摘机器人的发展提供思路。
This paper comprehensively describes the different picking varieties of fruit and vegetable picking robots in China at this stage,and finds out the problems,such as lack of overall planning,single functionality,poor general flexibility,high damage rate of fruit and vegetable,and insufficient human-computer interaction,and proposes to improve the functional structure,optimize the terminal controller,improve the picking algorithm logic,enhance the versatility and reliability of the equipment,and reduce costs and operating difficulties,optimize the operation interface and other directions to provide ideas for the development of fruit and vegetable picking robots in the future.
