山地起垄机组合刀辊设计与仿真

Design and simulation of combination knife roller for mountain ridge lifting machine

摘要 针对山地烤烟种植起垄机所制垄体的饱满度与土壤细碎度不足的问题,根据螺旋叶片输送物料原理建立土壤输送模型,计算起垄所需最小土壤输送量。在此基础上,设计了一种双螺旋变螺距式旋耕起垄组合刀辊,并在EDEM离散元软件中进行仿真分析,结果表明:当机组前进速度为2.5 km/h,刀轴转速为240 r/min,耕深为0.12 m时,刀辊平均抛土质量为133.0 kg,满足起垄所需的土壤量要求。为基于微耕机平台的山地小型起垄机研发提供技术支持。 Aiming at the insufficient fullness and soil fineness of the ridge body made by the mountain flue-cured tobacco planting ridge machine,a soil transport model was established according to the principle of spiral blade conveying materials,and the minimum soil conveying amount required for ridge raising was calculated.Based on this,a double-helix variable-pitch rotary tillage ridging combination tool roller was designed,and the simulation analysis was carried out in the EDEM discrete element software.The results showed that when the unit forward speed was 2.5 km/h,the knife shaft speed was 240 r/min,and the tillage depth was 0.12 m,the average thrown soil mass of the knife roller was 133.0 kg,which met the soil quantity requirements required for ridge lifting.This study provides technical support for the research and development of mountain small ridge lifter based on micro-cultivator platform.
