基于功率MOSFET的大电流智能汽车电子开关的研究

摘要 汽车的功率开关器件普遍采用传统电磁继电器,针对传统电磁继电器开关速度慢、存在机械寿命等问题,结合指标需求,设计了基于CAN通信的智能汽车电子开关。智能电子开关主要分为硬件和软件设计,以英飞凌XC2234L微控制器、功率MOSFET和CAN通信完成作为其硬件控制核心,最终完成对硬件电路的模块化设计;采用英飞凌开发工具完成底层驱动代码,完成软件的模块化设计。该无运动零部件的电子式智能开关具备通信以及报警功能,可通过CAN与上位机通信,实时监测工作电流、电压以及工作温度。测试结果表明,该继电器满足设计指标,在最大负载电流100 A持续通电过程中,上位机显示功率MOSFET温度小于85℃,且不会自动关断。 Traditional electromagnetic relay is widely used in automotive power switching devices.In view of the problems of slow switching speed and mechanical life of traditional electromagnetic relay,this paper designs an intelligent automotive electronic switch based on CAN communication according to the requirements of design indicators.Intelligent electronic switch is mainly divided into hardware and software design,with Infineon XC2234L microcontroller,power MOSFET and CAN communication as its hardware control core,and finally complete the modular design of the hardware circuit.Through Infineon development tools,complete the underlying driver code and software modular design.The electronic intelligent switch without moving parts has communication and alarm functions,CAN communicates with the upper computer through CAN communication,conducting real-time monitoring of working current,voltage and working temperature;The experimental test results show that the relay meets the design index,and the temperature of power MOSFET is always less than 85℃in the continuous power-on process under the maximum load current of 100 A,and will not automatically shut off.
