《护理心理学》课程思政育人混合式教学模式的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨课程思政育人混合式教学模式在《护理心理学》课程中的应用效果。方法采取整群随机抽样的方式抽取重庆三峡医药高等专科学校2022年春季学期开设《护理心理学》课程的2020级三年制护理专业的3个班级为试验组,3个班级为对照组,其中试验组采取以雨课堂和学堂云在线课程为平台的“线上+线下”混合式教学模式,并将课程思政恰当地融入;对照组采用传统课堂面授的教学方式,并在讲授中融入课程思政。课程结束后,比较两组学生该课程期末卷面考试成绩、对同一任课教师的评教分数、课程教学效果评价分数和自主学习能力,并对试验组学生进行课程思政育人混合式教学模式教学效果评价的问卷调查。结果试验组学生期末考试卷面成绩、对同一授课教师的评教分数、课程教学效果评价分数、自主学习能力各维度得分及总分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组有93.95%的学生认为该课程提升了自身心理素质,有95.05%的学生认识到该课程对自身专业发展的价值,有90.11%的学生对融入的思政内容有认同感。结论《护理心理学》课程思政育人混合式教学模式可以有效提高学生课程学习成绩、对授课教师的满意度、课程教学效果满意度、学生的自主学习能力和多种素质,为立德树人理念下高职院校混合式教学的开展提供参考。 Objective To explore the application effect of the mixed teaching model of ideological and political education in the course of Nursing Psychology.Methods Totally random sampling was adopted to randomly select three classes of the 2020 three⁃year nursing major that offered the course in the spring semester of 2022 as the experimental group and the other three classes as the control group.The experimental group adopted the“online+offline”hybrid teaching mode based on the platform of rain class and school cloud online courses,and properly integrated the curriculum ideology and politics.The control group adopted traditional face⁃to⁃face classroom teaching methods and incorporated ideological and political education into the teaching.After the course was completed,the scores of final exam,evaluation scores of teacher,course teaching effectiveness evaluation score,and self⁃learning ability of two groups of students were compared,and a questionnaire survey on the evaluation of the teaching effectiveness of the mixed teaching mode of ideological and political education for the experimental group of students was conducted.Results The final exam scores,evaluation scores for the same teaching teacher,satisfaction with course teaching,and self⁃directed learning ability were higher in the experimental group students than those of the control group(P<0.05).93.95%of the students in the experimental group thought that their psychological quality has been improved,95.05%of the students recognized the value of the course for their professional development,and 90.11%of the students had a sense of identification with the integrated ideological and political content.Conclusions The mixed teaching mode of ideological and political education in the course of Nursing Psychology can effectively improve studentsacademic performance,satisfaction with teaching teachers,satisfaction with course teaching effectiveness,studentsself⁃learning ability,and various qualities.It can provide reference for the development of blended teaching in vocational colleges under the concept of cultivating morality and talents.
