护理专业学生预防医疗相关感染的知信行现状及影响因素的研究进展

Knowledge,attitude and practice of nursing students to prevent healthcare⁃associate infection and its influencing factors:a literature review

在新型病原体全球传播的背景下,医疗相关感染的形势越来越严峻,护理专业学生的预防医学教育对于确保一线临床护士掌握感染防控知识和技能至关重要。作者通过对护理专业学生预防医疗相关感染的知信行现状、影响因素和对策等内容进行综述,建议从学生性别、教育机构及教育者、实习医院等影响因素出发,采取加强理论学习、实训教学、临床实习等针对性措施,进一步推动医疗相关感染防控事业的发展。

In the context of the global spread of new pathogens,the situation of healthcare⁃associated infection(HAI)is becoming increasingly severe.Prevention education for nursing students is the key to ensure that front⁃line clinical nurses master knowledge and skills in infection prevention and control.This paper summarized the current situation,influencing factors,and strategies of nursing studentsknowledge,beliefs,and practices in preventing HAI.It was suggested that studentsgender,educational institutions and educators,practicing hospitals and other influencing factors should be taken into consideration.Targeted measures should be taken for further promote the development of HAI prevention,such as strengthening theoretical study,practice teaching and clinical practice.
