“肾-精-髓-骨”系统是构成中医肾藏象理论体系的重要部分,通过古今文献资料分析,对“肾-精-髓-骨”系统内涵及其与筋、肌肉、谿谷、脉等形体以及精、气、血、津液等生命物质的外延等进行探讨。“肾-精-髓-骨”系统是指肾精化生骨髓而充养骨骼的功能系统,体现了中医学的整体思维模式。肾藏精,精生成并濡养骨髓;髓与骨皆为奇恒之腑,软骨、关节等为骨属,其生长、发育、衰退与肾中精气的盛衰密切相关。外延与筋、肌肉、谿谷、脉等形体密切相关,精、气、血、津液为重要物质基础。对“肾-精-髓-骨”系统进行深入研究,在临床实践中诊断、预防、治疗骨及其相关疾病及其康复保健,发挥重要作用。
