基于职业胜任力的安全工程专业模块化实践教学体系研究——以吉林建筑大学安全工程专业为例

Research on Modular Practical Teaching System of the Safety Engineering Major Based on Professional Competence——A Case Study of the Safety engineering Major of Jilin Jianzhu University

实践教学体系是提升职业胜任力的重要载体。作为一门实践性较强的应用型学科,在“新工科”背景下,安全工程专业亟需构建一套面向安全生产工作一线的教学体系。该文以“职业胜任力”为切入点,讨论安全工程专业学生的职业能力培养。通过分析“新工科”的具体要求和工程教育人才特质,对安全工程专业职业胜任力的具体内涵进行了阐述,并从课程实验与实训、课程设计、毕业设计(论文)、实习和创新创业“第二课堂”5个方面构建了职业胜任力导向的模块化实践教学体系。

The practical teaching system is an important carrier for enhancing professional competence.As an applied discipline with strong practicality,the safety engineering major urgently needs to build a teaching system oriented to the front line of safety production under the background of“new engineering”.This paper discussed the cultivation of professional competence of the safety engineering majors from the perspective of“professional competence”.By analyzing the specific requirements of the“new engineering discipline”and the characteristics of engineering education talents,this paper expounded the specific connotation of the professional competence of the safety engineering majors,and constructed a modular practical teaching system guided by professional competence from five aspects:curriculum experiments and practical training,curriculum design,graduation project(thesis),internships,and the“second classroom”of innovation and entrepreneurship.
