河南省非物质文化遗产对外翻译传播研究

Research on the Translation for International Communication of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Henan Province

河南“居天下之中”,河南省非物质文化遗产资源尽显中华文明海纳百川、兼收并蓄的特点。河南非物质文化遗产对外翻译传播工作起步和布局相对较晚,如何对外翻译传播非遗资源,推进文化自信,提升中华文明的感召力和影响力,显得尤为重要而迫切。从翻译传播学视角,探析非物质文化遗产翻译的跨文化传播属性,梳理河南省非遗对外翻译传播现状,译者宜采取灵活变通的策略,既要“以我为主”,又要关照受众;尤其需要通过强化非遗对外翻译传播内容建设和媒介能力建设,构建整体论的非遗对外翻译传播生态系统,助力中原文化传承,促进东西文明交流与互鉴。

Henan is located in central China.The intangible cultural heritage resources in Henan feature eclectic and inclusive characteristics of Chinese civilization.The translation for international communication of intangible cultural heritage in Henan started relatively late.It is rather important and urgent to translate the intangible cultural heritage resources for international communication to build cultural confidence and strength,and enhance the appeal and influence of Chinese civilization.From the perspective of translation communication studies,the intercultural communication attributes of intangible cultural heritage translation were explored and the state quo of intangible cultural heritage translation for international communication in Henan province was analyzed.Translators are advised to adopt flexible and adaptable strategies to be culturally“self-centered”and take care of targeted audiences.It is noteworthy that strategies including strengthening the content and the media capacity construction and building a holistic ecosystem of international translation and communication of intangible cultural heritage could facilitate the cultural heritage of the Central Plains and promote mutual appreciation between the East and West.
