基于网络文本挖掘的沉浸式旅游演艺游客感知研究--以旅游地情境体验剧“又见系列”为例 被引量:3

摘要 旅游演艺作为旅游目的地的标配产品和重要吸引物,在延长旅游者停留时间、做好文化保护传承和促进经济增长等方面发挥着重要作用。随着游客在旅游过程中自身参与感不断增强,沉浸式旅游演艺逐渐成为旅游目的地的新标配。以沉浸式旅游演艺互联网旅游数据为研究对象,采用词频分析、情感分析和语义网络分析等方法,基于具身理论和“认知—情感”模型对沉浸式旅游演艺形象感知进行质性研究。结果表明:一是游客对沉浸式旅游演艺的认知形象主要体现在演出场景、表演水平和历史文化方面。二是游客对沉浸式旅游演艺的评价以积极情感为主,表现为良好的情境体验和意境体验,但是意境体验有待强化。消极感知主要来源于门票价格、演出内容和演出场所管理与服务等。三是评论语义网络图呈现“核心—次核心—过渡—外围”的圈层结构,“演出—震撼”“演出—表演”“演出—体验”是网络图中联系较为密切的关系链。游客的推荐意愿高于重游意愿,整体形象满意度较高。文章以“又见系列”旅游地情境体验剧为例展开实证分析,为沉浸式旅游演艺的创意策划和开发设计提供了科学的决策参考。 As a standard product and an important attraction of tourist destinations,tourism performing arts play an important role in extending the stay time of tourists,protecting and inheriting culture and promoting economic growth.With the increasing sense of participation of tourists in the process of tourism,immersive tourism performance has gradually become a new standard of tourism destinations.Using immersive tourism performance Internet tourism data as the research object,a qualitative study was conducted on the image perception of immersive tourism performance based on embodiment theory and the“cognitive-emotional”model using word frequency analysis,sentiment analysis and semantic network analysis.The results show that:(1)Tourists’cognitive image of immersive tourism performance is mainly reflected in performance scene,performance level and historical culture.(2)Tourists’evaluation of immersive tourism performing arts is dominated by positive emotions,which are expressed as good contextual experience and intentional experience,but the intentional experience needs to be strengthened.Negative perceptions mainly come from ticket prices,performance contents and performance venue management and services.(3)The semantic network graph presents a circle structure of“core-sub core-transition-periphery”,and performance-shock,performance-performance and performance-experience are the more closely connected relationship chains in the network diagram.The recommendation intention of tourists is higher than the repeat intention,and the overall image satisfaction is higher.This paper takes“Seeing it Again Series”as an example to carry out an empirical analysis,which provides a scientific reference for the creative planning and development design of immersive tourism performance.
