The Hongyan heroic poetry is a heroic history book forged by the older generation of the Southern Bureau represented by Zhou Enlai in the stubborn struggle in the National Unification Area in the revolutionary struggle between the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation,which contains distinctive red genes and truly records the deep feelings,feelings of home and country and mission of revolutionary heroes,and gathers profound historical significance and lofty spiritual realm.As a vivid manifestation of the spirit of Hongyan,the Hongyan heroic poetry is an advanced culture that should be promoted and inherited in the new era.Based on the historical connotation and spiritual realm of the Hongyan heroic poetry,focusing on the layer-by-layer analysis of its educational value and inheritance path,it was proposed that the Hongyan heroic poetry is the source of strength for the Chinese nation to promote the great rejuvenation,and it has important ideological and political education value for the CPC’s moral self-cultivation and the growth of contemporary youth.Based on this,the inheritance of Hongyan heroic poetry in the new era should help them penetrate into Party and government organs,school classrooms,family education,social life and online media,so that Hongyan heroic poetry books will endure in the historical precipitation and the journey of the times.
