国内外高等学校本科教学管理研究

Research of Undergraduate Teaching Management in Colleges and Universities at Home and Abroad

本科教学管理作为高等学校教育管理的重点和难点问题,也一直是学界研究的热点问题。该文通过查询文献方式,对高等学校本科教学管理方面的相关研究文献进行梳理和分析,总结归纳国内外高等学校本科教学管理的研究重点内容,主要包括教学管理模式、教学管理措施和教学管理保障机制三个方面的研究。对比发现国内外对于高校教学管理得研究思路和侧重点存在较大差异,国外研究主要集中在教学理念的转变、教学质量的评估等方面;国内研究则主要侧重于教学管理模式创新、教学管理体制的改革、教学管理队伍能力的提升等方面。针对我国高校教育发展需求和改革重点,提出有待加强的研究问题。

As a key and difficult issue in the educational management of colleges and universities,undergraduate teaching management has always been a hot issue in the academic circles.This paper combs and analyzes the relevant research literature on undergraduate teaching management in colleges and universities by querying the literature,and summarizes the key research contents of undergraduate teaching management in colleges and universities at home and abroad,mainly including three aspects:teaching management mode,teaching management measures and teaching management guarantee mechanism.It finds that there are great differences in the research ideas and emphases of teaching management at home and abroad.Foreign research mainly focuses on the transformation of teaching ideas and the evaluation of teaching quality.Domestic research mainly focuses on the innovation of teaching management mode,the reform of teaching management system,and the improvement of the ability of teaching management team.According to the development needs and reform priorities of higher education in China,this paper puts forward some research problems to be improved.
