摘要
从新工科背景下对创新型实践人才的社会需求出发,阐述高等院校目前实践教育存在的不足,指出工程实践课题必须从工程实际问题出发,以此为立足点,探索并提出建设以学生能力培养为目标,以项目为驱动牵引,将学生分为项目组的组织模式,来构建学习共同体的工程实践教学体系。过程中建设立体化的实践教学资源,并探索建立以能力评价为导向的可持续改进的实践成绩评价体系,为新工科背景下工程实践教育体系的构建和实现提供思路。
Based on the analysis of the current situation,that some shortcomings of engineering practice education exist in the colleges and universities under the background of new engineering.The paper points out that the engineering practice research must start from the practical engineering problems,which will be used as the foothold.On this basis,this paper explores and puts forward the construction of learning community,which is based on the organization pattern of dividing students into project teams.To engineering practice under the new engineering education system construction and implementation.In this process,three-dimensional practical teaching resources will be built,and the practical evaluation system will be explored,which is competency-oriented and can be continuously improved.This method provides ideas for the construction and implementation of education system for engineering practice under the background of new engineering.
