食品质量与安全专业结合食品行业整体特点,以社会人才需求为总体导向,以学生食品专业知识需求为根本,通过详细规划的课程设置,培养毕业生的专业知识背景且使其具有高度的社会责任感。毕业生可系统掌握食品专业理论和实践操作技能,可综合运用所学知识分析、解决食品质量安全所涉及的实际问题,可从事食品工厂设计、加工工艺、生产管理、品质控制、产品销售或教育教学等方面的工作,为区域企事业单位输送合格人才,满足社会的需求。
The food quality and safety major cultivates graduates with professional knowledge background and a high sense of social responsibility through the detailed planning of the curriculum.The major combines the overall characteristics of the food industry,takes the needs of social talents as the overall guidance,and takes the needs of students'food professional knowledge as the foundation.Graduates can master food professional theory and practical operation skills,integrate use of knowledge in analyzing and solving practical problems involved in the food quality and safety,be engaged in the food factory design,processing technology,production management,quality control,product sales and education teaching work,qualified talents for local enterprises and institutions,to meet the demand of the society.
