摘要
“双碳”目标下,煤炭科学领域提出很多革命性的理论与技术成果,煤炭行业实施技术革命已成必然,对高校人才培养提出新要求新挑战。针对这一问题,深入分析“双碳”目标对煤炭行业人才所需能力和知识结构的需求,即多学科多领域的复合型知识结构、工程实践和学习创新能力、国际化视野和跨文化沟通能力,以及低碳意识和可持续发展观念。基于此,山东科技大学采矿工程专业整合校内外优势资源,设置适应双碳目标的,由通识教育、学科基础、专业必修、专业拓展和实践环节五大课程群构成的课程体系,为煤炭行业转型发展输送更匹配的高水平人才,也为同类高校采矿工程专业建设提供借鉴。
Under the dual carbon target,many revolutionary theoretical and technological achievements have been put forward in the field of coal science.The implementation of technological revolution in the coal industry has become inevitable,and new requirements and challenges have been put forward for talent training in colleges and universities.In response to this problem,the demand of dual carbon target for the ability and knowledge structure of talents in the coal industry is analyzed in depth,namely,the compound knowledge structure of multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary,engineering practice and learning innovation ability,international vision and cross-cultural communication ability,as well as low-carbon awareness and sustainable development concept.Based on this,the mining engineering specialty of Shandong University of Science and Technology integrates the advantages of resources inside and outside the university,and sets up a curriculum system consisting of general education,discipline foundation,professional compulsory,professional development and practice links to adapt to the dual carbon target.The study provides more matching high-level talents for the transformation and development of the coal industry,and also reference for the construction of mining engineering specialty in similar universities.
