IT项目管理课程思政实践研究

摘要 思政元素在课程建设中愈来愈重要,针对IT项目管理课程兼具理论性、实践性的特点,在深入学习中华人民共和国教育部、山东省教育厅相关文件的前提下,在充分领会课程思政内容及特点的基础上,提出一种可行的建设方案。首先,基于“送出去、请进来”理念组建课程教学团队,通过“思政再教育”等方式提升教学团队的思政素养,为思政课程的开展奠定良好的基础。其次,将思政案例和课程知识融合,并通过具体IT项目实践强化学生的思政水平。最后,改革课程考核,通过多样化的考核形式、多元化的考核内容,学生的思政水平再次提升。 Ideological and political elements are becoming more and more important in course construction.In view of the theoretical and practical characteristics of IT Project Management,on the premise of in-depth study of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Education of Shandong Province,and on the basis of fully understanding the ideological and political contents and characteristics of the course,this paper puts forward a feasible construction scheme.Firstly,the course teaching team is established based on"sending out,and inviting in",and the ideological and political literacy of the teaching team should be improved through"ideological and political re-education",so as to lay a good foundation for the development of ideological and political course.Secondly,ideological and political cases are integrated with course knowledge,and the ideological and political level of students is strengthened through specific IT project practice.Finally,we should reform course assessment,the students'ideological and political level is improved again,through diversified forms and contents of the examination.
