系统免疫炎症指数与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者嗅觉功能的关系 被引量:5

Relation between Systemic Immune-inflammation Index (SII) and Olfactory Function in Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps

摘要 目的 分析系统免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index, SII)与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, CRSw NP)患者嗅觉功能的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年12月期间本院收治的386例CRSw NP患者的临床资料。采用美国康涅狄格化学感觉临床研究中心(Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research,CCCRC)嗅觉测试和视觉模拟量表(Visual Analog Scale, VAS)评估患者的嗅觉功能,将患者分为嗅觉障碍组(n=310)和嗅觉正常组(n=76),采用Pearson相关性分析方法分析两组患者SII与嗅觉功能的相关性。结果 嗅觉障碍组的中性粒细胞、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞、SII均高于嗅觉正常组,淋巴细胞低于嗅觉正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中性粒细胞、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞、SII分别与CCCRC嗅觉测试评分呈负相关,分别与VAS评分呈正相关;淋巴细胞与CCCRC嗅觉测试评分呈正相关,与VAS评分呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论 SII与CRSw NP患者嗅觉功能密切相关,慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的SII出现高水平状态时预示嗅觉功能障碍的发生风险增高。 Objective To analyze the correlation between systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)and olfaction function in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP).Methods Clinical data of 386 patients with CRSwNP admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The olfactory function of the patients was assessed using the Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research(CCCRC)olfactory test and the Visual Analog Scale(VAS).Patients were divided into two groups:the olfactory disorder group(n=310)and the normal olfactory group(n=76).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between SII and olfactory function in the two groups.Results The neutrophils,neutrophils/lymphocytes and SII in the olfactory disorder group were higher than those in the normal olfactory group,and the lymphocytes were lower than those in the normal olfactory group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Neutrophils,neutrophils/lymphocytes,and SII were negatively correlated with CCCRC olfaction score,and positively correlated with VAS score,respectively.Lymphocytes were positively correlated with CCCRC olfactory test score,and negatively correlated with VAS score(both P<0.05).Conclusions SII is closely related to the olfaction function in patients with CRSwNP,and the high level of SII in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps indicates an increased risk of olfaction dysfunction.
