通窍鼻炎颗粒联合孟鲁斯特治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of the therapy combined Tongqiao Biyan Granule with montelukast on chronic sinusitis among children

目的 观察通窍鼻炎颗粒联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 选取2020年5月~2021年5月我院收治的儿童慢性鼻窦炎387例,随机分为对照组(例=194)和观察组(例=193),对照组予以安慰剂治疗,研究组予以通窍鼻炎颗粒联合孟鲁斯特治疗,比较分析二组的疗效差异以及细胞因子表达水平差异。结果 与对照组相比,研究组有效率较高(P<0.05),不良反应较少(P<0.05);研究组血清IL-4、IFN-γ及TNF-α水平较低(P<0.05);研究组鼻塞、鼻漏、嗅觉障碍及头面部疼痛评分较低(P<0.05),VAS评分及Lund-Kennedy评分较低(P<0.05),生活质量较高(P<0.05)。结论 联合应用通窍鼻炎颗粒与孟鲁斯特治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果显著,可有效降低炎症因子水平,减轻临床症状。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the therapeutic effect of the therapy combined Tongqiao Biyan Granule with montelukast on chronic sinusitis among children.Methods Included in this trial were 387 children with chronic sinusitis treated in our Hospital from May 2020 to may 2021,randomly divided into control group(n=194)and study group(n=193).The cases in control group(CG)was treated with placebo and those in study group(SG)was treated with the combined therapy with Tongqiao Biyan Granule and montelukast.Then,a comparative analysis was made to determine the differences in the therapeutic effect and the expressive levels of associated cytokine levels between the two groups.Results When compared with CG,SG had a significantly higher clinical effective rate(P<0.05)and fewer side effects(P<0.05).Moreover,the expressive levels of IL-4 and IFN-γand TNF-αwere obviously lower in SG(P<0.05)than that in CG.Furthermore,the scores of nasal congestion,rhinorrhea,olfactory disorder and head and face pain as well as the VAS score and Lund Kennedy score were all significantly lower in SG(P<0.05)as well,while the quality of life was markedly higher in SG than that in CG(P<0.05).Conclusions It can be concluded,based on these data,as that the combined therapy with Tongqiao Biyan Granule with montelukast should be effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis among children.It can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines and improve clinical symptoms.
