自制盐水冷敷袋在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后患者中的应用

Application of self-made saline cold compress bag in patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic surgery

目的 研究应用自制盐水冷敷袋在鼻内镜手术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我科2019年12月~2020年12月60例鼻内镜手术后患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用自制10%盐水冷袋装入我们设计的“π”形棉袋内用于鼻内镜手术后冷敷;对照组采用普通冰块冷敷。比较两组患者术后即刻、2小时、4小时、12小时、24小时的疼痛评分、术后24小时出血量、冷敷满意度。结果 实验组患者冷敷后疼痛评分为(2±0.5),术后24小时出血量在5~10ml,冷敷满意度100%;对照组疼痛评分(3±1),术后24小时出血量10~15ml,冷敷满意度76.7%。实验组疼痛评分及出血量低于对照组,冷敷满意度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制盐水冷敷袋在鼻内镜手术后患者的应用效果优于传统冰块冷敷,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of self-made saline cold compress bag in patients after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty patients after nasal endoscopic surgery in our department from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,10%salt water cooling bag made by ourselves was put into the“π”shaped cotton bag designed by us for cold compress after nasal endoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with cold ice.Pain scores immediately,2 hours,4 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after surgery,blood loss 24 hours after surgery and satisfaction with cold compress were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the pain score after cold compress was(2±0.5),the blood loss 24 hours after surgery was 5~10ml,and the satisfaction of cold compress was 100%.The pain score of the control group was(3±1),the blood loss was 10~15ml 24 hours after surgery,and the satisfaction of cold compress was 76.7%.The pain score and blood loss of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of cold compress was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of self-made saline cold compress bag in patients after nasal endoscopic surgery is better than that of traditional ice-cold compress,which is worthy of clinical application.
