干旱胁迫对紫叶李碳代谢相关酶活性的影响

摘要 在田间条件下,设置对照、轻度、中度和重度干旱胁迫4个处理,探究干旱胁迫对紫叶李碳代谢相关酶活性的影响规律。结果表明,干旱胁迫提高了紫叶李的丙酮酸含量和G-6-PDH活性,降低了其Rubisco活性、COX活性、MDH活性和CS活性,从而降低了其碳同化能力,提高了其有机物质分解能力,抑制了植物的生长,其中,重度干旱胁迫的影响最显著。从苗木水分管理的角度来看,重度干旱胁迫时间不宜超过8 d,中度干旱胁迫时间不宜超过14 d,轻度干旱胁迫时间不宜超过26 d。 4 treatments including control,mild,moderate and severe drought stress were set up under field conditions to study the effect of drought stress on the activity of carbon metabolism related enzymes in Prunus cerasifera‘Atropurpurea’.The results showed that drought stress increased the pyruvate content and G-6-PDH activity of Prunus cerasifera‘Atropurpurea’,decreased its Rubisco activity,COX activity,MDH activity and CS activity.Therefore,its carbon assimilation ability was reduced,organic matter decomposition ability was improved and plant growth was inhibited.In which,severe drought stress had the most significant impact.From the perspective of seedling water management,the duration of severe drought stress should not exceed 8 d,moderate drought stress should not exceed 14 d and mild drought stress should not exceed 26 d.
