糖槭嫩枝扦插技术研究

Study on the Softwood Cutting Technology of Acer Saccharum

在山西省太行山国有林管理局景尚林场对糖槭嫩枝扦插适宜的基质配方、扦插时间、生长素种类及浓度等进行研究。结果表明,泥炭土、珍珠岩、粗河沙质量比为2∶1∶1是糖槭嫩枝扦插的最佳基质配方,6月25日至7月10日是糖槭嫩枝扦插的最佳时间,500 mg/L的IAA是糖槭嫩枝扦插的最佳生长素种类及浓度。本研究结果可为快速、大规模繁殖糖槭优良品种提供参考。

The suitable matrix formula,cutting time,auxin variety and concentration for softwood cutting of Acer saccharum were studied in Jingshang Forest Farm of National Forest Administration Bureau of Taihang Mountain in Shanxi Province.The results showed that the mass ratio of peat soil,perlite and coarse river sand was 2∶1∶1,which was the best matrix formula for Acer saccharum softwood cutting.June 25 to July 10 was the best time for softwood cutting of Acer saccharum,and 500 mg/L IAA was the best auxin variety and concentration for softwood cutting of Acer saccharum.The results of this study could provide reference for the rapid and large-scale propagation of excellent varieties of Acer saccharum.
