顶空气相色谱法测定水中乙醛、丙烯醛和丙烯腈

摘要 建立了顶空气相色谱法快速测定水中乙醛、丙烯醛和丙烯腈的分析方法。方法采用自动顶空进样器处理样品,经过强极性毛细管柱AB-InoWAX(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)分离后,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。乙醛、丙烯醛和丙烯腈的质量浓度在0.1~3.0mg·L^(-1)范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均不小于0.9991,方法检出限为0.004~0.006mg·L^(-1)。地表水样品加标回收率为94.5%~101.3%,测定结果表明,相对标准偏差为0.8%~5.8%,废水样品加标回收率为84.0%~94.7%,测定结果相对标准偏差为1.9%~6.1%。该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,快速、准确、高效,适用于地表水和废水中乙醛、丙烯醛和丙烯腈含量的快速测定。 A method for the rapid determination of acetaldehyde,acrolein and acrylonitrile in water by headspace gas chromatography was established.The samples were processed by automatic headspace sampler and passed through strong polar capillary column AB-InoWAX(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)after separation,the mass concentrations of acetaldehyde,acrolein and acrylonitrile have a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.1~3.0mg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient is not less than 0.9991,and the detection limit of the method is 0.004~0.006mg·L^(-1).The recovery of surface water samples was 94.5%~101.3%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.8%~5.8%,the recovery rate of wastewater samples was 84.0%~94.7%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.9%~6.1%.The method is sensitive,prescise,rapid,accurate and efficient.It is suitable for the rapid determination of acetaldehyde,acrolein and acrylonitrile in surface water and wastewater.
