气相色谱质谱法检测地表水中5种三唑类农药残留 被引量:2

Determination of five triazole pesticide residues in surface water by GC-MS

摘要 本文建立了液液萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定地表水中三唑酮、丙环唑、戊唑醇、氟环唑、联苯三唑醇的方法。5种三唑类农药在3.00~100μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性相关系数均大于0.995,样品加标回收率在86.8%~105.1%之间,相对标准偏差在1.9%~4.6%之间。本方法操作简便,测定结果准确,重现性良好,检出限低,可用于地表水中三唑酮、丙环唑、戊唑醇等三唑类农药痕量残留的测定。 A method for the simultaneous determination of triadimefon,propiconazole,tebuconazole,fluconazole and biphenyltriazole in surface water by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The linear correlation coefficients of the five triazole pesticides were greater than 0.995 in the concentration range of 3.00~100μg·L^(-1).The recoveries were 86.8%~105.1%and the relative standard deviations were 1.9%~4.6%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate determination results,good reproducibility and low detection limit.It can be used for the determination of trace residues of triazole pesticides such as triadimefon,propiconazole and tebuconazole in surface water.
