摘要
本实验选用3种定量方法对电热液体蚊香中氯氟醚菊酯含量进行测试比较。实验结果表明,选用内标法方法检出限为0.690μg·m L^(-1),样品加标平均回收率为93.0%~94.8%,重复性为0.607%~0.721%;选用内标标准曲线法方法的检出限为0.535μg·m L^(-1),样品加标平均回收率为99.4%~101%,重复性为0.698%~0.727%;选用外标标准曲线法方法的检出限为0.486μg·m L^(-1),样品加标平均回收率为98.7%~101%,重复性为2.48%~3.83%。结果表明,内标标准曲线和外标标准曲线样品加标平均回收率较优于内标法,内标法和内标标准曲线重复性优于外标标准曲线法。3种定量方法均能进行电热液体蚊香中氯氟醚菊酯含量测定。
Three quantitative methods were used to test and compare the content of permethrin in electric liquid mosquito coil incense.The detection limit of internal standard method was 0.690μg·mL^(-1),the average recoveries were 93.0%~94.8%,and the repeatability was 0.607%~0.721%.The detection limit of internal standard curve method was 0.535μg·mL^(-1),the average recoveries were 99.4%~101%,and the repeatability was 0.698%~0.727%.The limit of detection was 0.486μg·mL^(-1),the average recoveries were 98.7%~101%,and the repeatability was 2.48%-3.83%.The results showed that the average recovery rate of the standard curve was better than that of the internal standard curve,and the repeatability of the standard curve was better than that of the external standard curve.All the three quantitative methods can be used to determine the content of permethrin in electric liquid mosquito coil incense.
