开关设备主回路导电部件镀层要求的差异及探讨

Difference and Discussion on Coating Requirements of Conductive Components in the Main Circuit of Switching Equipments

电力行业用户在订货规范中或产品验收、监督抽检时有一些关于开关设备主回路导电部件的镀银要求,但在执行过程中往往会产生理解上的歧议。通过IEC、国家标准及电力行业标准的规定,分析其导电回路镀银的要求、原理和目的,并针对用户对空气绝缘的高压开关柜隔离触头及其母排搭接镀银这一要求的差异进行比较,提出了保证产品性能最为合理的镀层推荐值。

Users in power industry have some silver plating requirements for conductive components of the main circuit of switching equipments during the process of goods ordering,product acceptance,supervision and sampling inspection,but misunderstandings always exist in the implementation.Based on the provisions of IEC,national standards and power industry standards,the paper first analyzes the requirements,principles and purposes of silver plating for conductive loops.Then,after comparing the differences of silver plating require-ments of the air-insulated high-voltage switchgear isolator and its busbar lapping,the recommended value of coating to ensure the most rea-sonable product performance is proposed.
