基于面料力学性能的医用压力袜接触压力研究

摘要 为探究面料力学性能对压力袜接触压力的影响,选取当前市场上不同品牌一级至三级压力共15支压力袜为试验样品,对其接触压力进行测试,发现压力袜产品仍存在实际接触压力与标准规定不符的现象。进一步对接触压力与面料的拉伸、剪切、弯曲性能进行了相关分析与回归分析。结果显示,压力袜面料的横向与纵向拉伸比功、横向与纵向剪切刚度、纵向弯曲刚度与接触压力的相关性较大;当织物产生的压力水平越高时,其拉伸性能越弱,抗变形能力越强,说明压力袜在人体腿部形成的接触压力与面料多方向的拉伸、剪切、弯曲变形相关。 In order to investigate the influence of fabric mechanical properties on the clothing pressure of medical graduated compression stockings(MGCs),15 MGCs of different brands from the first to the third pressure level in the market were selected as test samples to test their clothing pressure,and it was found that the actual clothing pressure of MGCs still didn't match the standard requirements.Further correlation and regression analysis were conducted between the clothing pressure and the tensile,shearing and bending properties of the fabric.The results showed that the transverse and longitudinal tensile ratio work,shear stiffness,longitudinal bending stiffness were more related to clothing pressure of the MGCs:the higher pressure the fabric generated,the lower tensile properties and the higher resistance to deformation,indicating that the clothing pressure formed by the MGCs was related to the tensile,shear and bending deformation of the fabric in multiple directions.
