基于平板和球形压缩特征参数的间隔织物缓压舒适性表征

摘要 间隔织物因高中空和高弹性的中间层结构,拥有优异的减震缓压性能,成为床垫和坐垫产品的新材料。为了研究间隔织物用于坐垫及床垫时的缓压舒适性,选用经编间隔织物作为研究对象,对试样进行基本结构以及循环压缩的变参数平板压缩和球形压缩实验,分析各参数间关系,并将主观舒适度评价结果与客观试验中的特征参数进行相关性分析,建立缓压性能的统计模型。实验结果表明,所建立的模型可以评价间隔织物的缓压性能,可用于预测间隔织物运用于人体坐时的舒适程度。 Spacer fabric is a new material for mattress and cushion products because of its high space and elastic interlayer structure,which has excellent vibration damping and pressure-relieving performance.In order to study the pressure-relieving comfort of spacer fabric used in cushion and mattress,the warp knitted spacer fabrics were selected as the research object,and the basic structure of the sample and the variable parameter plate compression and spherical compression experiments of cyclic compression were conducted to analyze the relationships among parameters.The statistical model of pressure-relieving performance was established by analyzing the correlation between the subjective comfort evaluation results and the characteristic parameters in objective tests.The experimental results showed that the model could be used to evaluate the pressure-relieving performance of spacer fabrics and to predict the comfort degree of spacer fabrics when applied to human body under sitting condition.
