仿植物叶片的组织结构对衬衫面料散湿性能的影响

摘要 为解决夏季机织衬衫面料吸湿排汗的问题,从仿生的角度出发,模仿植物叶片结构,设计了多种联合组织,并选配合适的纱线进行上机织造,通过测试其厚度、克重、经纬密、透气率、透湿量、芯吸高度和蒸发速率等,分析仿生结构对面料散湿性的影响,为夏季衬衫面料的开发提供参考。结果表明:仿植物叶片叶脉的网目组织配合仿植物叶面气孔的透孔组织表现出了良好的散湿性能,为夏季散湿衬衫面料的开发提供新的方向与理论依据。 In order to improve moisture absorption and perspiration performance of summer woven shirt fabrics,starting from the perspective of bionics,structure of plant leaves was imitated,a variety of combined weaves were designed,and suitable yarns were selected for weaving.By testing the thickness,weight,warp and weft density,air permeability,moisture permeability,wicking height and evaporation rate,the influence of bionic structure on fabric moisture evaporating performance was analyzed,which provided reference for the development of summer shirt fabric.The results showed that the mesh weave of bionic leaf vein with the perforated weave of bionic leaf stoma showed good moisture evaporating performance,which provided a new direction and theoretical basis for the development of summer moisture evaporating shirt fabrics.
