聚丙烯腈/石墨烯杂化湿法纺丝复合纤维性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,石墨烯在纺织领域应用广泛,并且发展迅速,石墨烯在光、电、力学方面具有良好的性能,在复合材料方面具有良好的应用前景。聚丙烯腈纤维是一种合成纤维,性能优异,弹性和强度较好,在纺丝方面,利用湿法纺丝工艺将石墨烯与聚丙烯腈相结合起来,并且研究复合纤维的结构,发现其在吸附和脱附亚甲基蓝方面有了不同于原来的效果,本文在探究石墨烯和聚丙烯腈复合纤维的湿法纺丝最优条件,通过控制石墨烯占聚丙烯腈的含量来控制单一变量,研究石墨烯含量对于复合纤维材料吸附和脱附亚甲基蓝性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂石墨烯的复合纤维机械性能有所提高,复合纤维断裂强力从0.41 N增加到0.77 N;随着石墨烯含量的增加,吸附和脱附效果有所提高,GO含量为10%的吸附性能最佳。 In recent years,graphene has been widely used in textile field and developed rapidly.Graphene has good properties in light,electricity,mechanics and has good application prospects in composite materials.Polyacrylonitrile fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber with excellent properties such as good elasticity and strength.In spinning,graphene and polyacrylonitrile were combined by wet spinning process,and the structure of the composite fiber was studied.It was found that the adsorption and desorption of methylene blue were different from the original effects.The optimal conditions of wet spinning of graphene and polyacrylonitrile composite fiber were explored.The effects of graphene content on the adsorption and desorption of methylene blue was studied by controlling the content of graphene in polyacrylonitrile to control a single variable.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composite fibers with graphene were improved,the breaking strength of the composite fibers increased from 0.41 N to 0.77 N.With the increase of the content of graphene,the adsorption and desorption effects were improved,and the adsorption property with 10%GO content was the best.
