摘要
介绍了煤矿无轨辅助运输技术与装备的发展背景以及当前无轨辅助运输产业政策,针对井下无轨辅助运输技术与装备应用现状,简要地对我国防爆柴油机动力和防爆蓄电池动力辅运车辆的发展现状进行了系统梳理,详细阐述了清洁动力、高效传动匹配、车辆驱动控制和安全制动等防爆柴油动力无轨辅助运输装备的关键技术及其发展趋势,以及防爆蓄电池动力、牵引逆变交流变频调速、分布式多轮驱动转矩协同控制等关键技术;同时,分析了智能化技术在无轨辅助运输中的应用。指出,柴油机降排、新能源车辆续航里程、井下安全驾驶和行业标准体系不足是现存无轨辅助运输发展的技术难点。对未来煤矿无轨辅助运输技术与装备的发展方向进行了展望,认为绿色安全和高效智能是煤矿辅助运输的发展方向。
This paper explains the development background of trackless auxiliary transportation technology and equipment for coal mines and the current trackless auxiliary transportation industry policies,and systematically combs the development profile of China's explosion-proof diesel-powered and battery-powered auxiliary transportation vehicles on the basis of the current situation of underground trackless auxiliary transportation technology and equipment,and introduces in detail the key technologies and development trend of explosion-proof diesel-powered trackless auxiliary transportation equipment including clean power,efficient transmission matching,vehicle drive control and safe braking,elaborates key technologies such as explosion-proof battery power,traction inverter AC variable-frequency speed regulation,distributed multi-wheel drive torque collaborative control,analyzes the application of intelligent technology in trackless auxiliary transportation.It is pointed out that the existing technical difficulties in the development of trackless auxiliary transportation are the reduction of diesel engine emissions,the endurance mileage of new energy vehicles,underground safe driving and insufficient industry standard system.The future development direction of trackless auxiliary transportation technology and equipment for coal mines is prospected,and it is believed that green,safe,efficient and intelligence are the development directions of coal mine auxiliary transportation.
