摘要 针对现有煤炭工业互联网在设计与应用中面临的技术体系模糊、数据集成共享困难以及开发速度慢等问题,结合煤炭行业的相关特点,基于微服务架构可独立部署、高灵活性和易于管理等特点,以数据为关键点,利用容器化、虚拟化等技术,提出了基于微服务架构的煤炭工业互联网平台,介绍了工业互联网及其平台特点,详细阐述了基于微服务架构的煤炭工业互联网平台架构设计和关键技术设计。通过在山西天地王坡煤业有限公司实际部署应用表明,该平台解决了传统的数据闭塞、信息孤岛等问题,满足了煤矿工业互联网的基本要求,在数据存储、系统应用、平台后期维护等方面具有良好的应用成效。 Aiming at the problems faced by the existing coal industry Internet in the design and application,such as fuzzy technical system,difficult data integration and sharing,and slow development speed,combined with the relevant characteristics of the coal industry,based on the independent deployment,high flexibility,easy management and other characteristics of the micro-services architecture,taking data as the key point,using container,virtualization and other technologies,the coal industry Internet platform based on the micro-services architecture is proposed.The industrial Internet and its platform characteristics are introduced,and the architecture design and key technology design of this platform are expounded in detail.Through practical deployment and application in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,it has been shown that the platform has solved traditional problems such as data blocking and information islands,met the basic requirements of the coal mine industry Internet,and achieved good application results in data storage,system application,platform maintenance and other aspects.
