影响支柱绝缘子弹性模量测量精度的因素分析

摘要 支柱绝缘子是大多数电力设备中的关键部件,在其中起绝缘和支撑的作用。弹性模量是绝缘子一个十分重要且关键的物理量,其测量的准确性和便捷性对绝缘子的工业生产和科学研究十分重要。本文首先总结了文献中报道的支柱绝缘子弹性模量的测量方法,主要包括准静态法和动态法两大类。从试验过程的经济性和便捷性考虑,结合弯曲负荷试验同时开展弹性模量的测量是较为合适的做法。本文采用数值模拟技术,对比分析了应变片竖向位置、应变片环向位置、绝缘子长径比和重力因素对直立固定的支柱绝缘子弹性模量测量结果精度的影响。结果表明应变片竖向位置和环向位置对弹性模量测量结果的影响较大,绝缘子长径比和重力因素影响较小。所得结果与结论对提高支柱绝缘子弹性模量测量精度具有重要的指导意义。 Post insulators are key components of most electrical substation equipment and play the role of insulation and support.Elastic modulus is a very important and key physical quantity of insulators,and its measurement accuracy and convenience are very important for industrial production and scientific research of insulators.Firstly,this paper summarized the measurement methods of the elastic modulus of post insulator reported in the literature,including quasi-static method and dynamic method.Considering the economy and convenience of the test process,it is more appropriate to carry out the measurement of elastic modulus in combination with the bending load test.The influence of vertical position and circumferential position of strain gauge,length diameter ratio of insulator and gravity on the measurement accuracy of elastic modulus of upright fixed post insulators were analyzed by using numerical simulation method through comparison.Results show that the vertical and circumferential positions of strain gages have greater influence on the measurement results of elastic modulus,while insulator length diameter ratio and gravity have less influence.The results and conclusions obtained will have important guiding significance for improving the measurement accuracy of the elastic modulus of the post insulators.
