不同种类烟草的燃烧特性与动力学分析 被引量:2

Combustion characteristics and kinetic analysis of different types of tobacco

摘要 采用TG-DTG-DSC热分析联用技术分别研究了烤烟、香料烟和白肋烟的热行为和燃烧特性,同时运用Coats-Redfern法进行了动力学计算,并用Malek法选择了合理的机理函数。结果表明:不同类型烟叶的热化学性质有着明显差别;热分析技术不但能够对烟草燃烧过程中蒸馏、裂解和燃烧等不同热分解阶段进行区分,而且也能对不同类型的烟草进行鉴别。另外,动力学的分析结果进一步显示,三种烟草样品在挥发份析出阶段和焦炭燃烧阶段,烤烟的活化能是最低的,其次是香料烟和白肋烟。 The thermal decomposition processes of flue-cured tobacco,oriental tobacco and burley tobacco were researched by the TG-DTG-DSC thermal analysis technology.And respectively,the combustion characteristics and kinetic analysis of these three types of tobacco sample were investigated.The results showed that the combustion characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were better than oriental tobacco and burley tobacco.In addition,flue-cured tobacco have the highest water retention capacity,the largest vola-tile content,the strongest coking effect.The kinetic parameters of volatile precipitation stage and coking combustion stage of these three tobacco samples were calculated by the Coats-Redfern method.And the reasonable mechanism function was selected by the Malek method.The results showed that the activation of flue-cured tobacco was the lowest in these two thermal decomposition sta-ges,which followed by oriental tobacco and burley tobacco.
