Construction Technology of the PFC Integrated Non-demoulding Formwork System of Energy Conservation and Thermal Insulation

随着国家建筑节能保温系统的发展,建筑节能保温一体化免拆模板系统的应用日益增多。聚合物泡沫混凝土(Polymer Foam Concrete,PFC)节能保温一体化免拆模板系统是基于保温结构一体化理念设计的一种新型外墙保温系统。该文根据笔者近年来从事PFC节能保温一体化免拆模板系统实施的工程实践,论述了节能保温一体化免拆模板系统的特点和应用场景、系统施工的改进型施工工艺、施工技术,最后阐述了PFC节能保温一体化免拆模板系统的质量验收,旨在为进一步推广节能保温一体化免拆模板系统,同时为节能保温一体化系统设计和施工提供一定参考。

With the development of the national building energy-saving and thermal-insulation system,the application of the integrated stay-in-place mould system of building energy conservation and thermal insulation is increasing.The PFC integrated stay-in-place mould system of energy conservation and thermal insulation is a new type of exterior wall thermal insulation system designed based on the integrated concept of thermal insulation structure.Based on the author's engineering practice in the implementation of the PFC integrated formworks system of energy conservation and thermal insulation in recent years,this paper discusses the characteristics and application scenarios of the integrated formworks system of energy conservation and thermal insulation and the improved construction process and construction technology of the construction of the system,and finally expounds the quality acceptance of the PFC integrated formworks system of energy conservation and thermal insulation,aiming to provide some reference for the further promotion of the integrated formworks system of energy conservation and thermal insulation and the design and construction of the energy-conservation and thermal-insulation integration system.
