新时代我国校园足球改革发展研究——基于全国校园足球特色学校的调查分析

Reform and Development of Campus Football in China in the New Era:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of National Campus Football Characteristic Schools

运用文献资料、问卷调查、实地调研等方法,对新时代我国校园足球改革发展使命、现实问题进行探究,并提出推进策略。新时代我国校园足球改革发展使命:突出整体促进价值,提升全体青少年健康水平;发挥足球特色力量,助力教育督导体制机制改革;明确典型示范定位,健全青少年体育保障体系;彰显战略抓手作用,推动学校体育高质量发展;坚定特色育人导向,培养全面发展的特色型人才。现实问题:整体促进效果受限,管理体系有待健全,基础保障力度不足,教训赛开展特色有限,文化内涵挖掘不足。推进策略:聚焦整体发展,回归校园足球工作本质;畅通运行机制,健全自上而下管理体系;强化基础保障,丰富资源条件供给路径;加强特色开发,探索教训赛特色发展模式;注重文化育人,深耕鲜明足球内隐文化。

By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire and field research,this paper probed into the mission and practical problems of the reform and development of campus football in China in the new era,and put forward the promotion strategies.The Mission of reform and development of Chinese campus football in the new era:It should highlight the overall promotion value to improve the health level of all youths,give full play to the characteristics of football to help reform the educational supervision system and mechanism,clear the typical demonstration position to improve the youth sports security system,highlight the role of strategic grasp to promote the high quality development of school sports,and be firmly oriented towards characteristic education to cultivate all-round characteristic talents.Practical problems:The overall promotion effect is limited,the management system needs to be improved,the basic guarantee is insuffi cient,the characteristics of teaching,training and competition are limited,and the cultural connotation is not suffi ciently explored.Promotion strategy:We should focus on the overall development and return to the essence of campus football,smooth operation mechanism to improve top-down management system,strengthen the basic guarantee and enrich the supply routes of resources,strengthen the characteristic development and explore the characteristic development mode of teaching,training and competition,and emphasize culture education to deeply cultivate bright football implicit culture.
