英国青少年户外运动教育发展历程、特征及启示

Development Process,Characteristics and Enlightenment of Outdoor Sports Education for British Youth

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究英国青少年户外运动教育发展历程、特征,并提出对我国的启示。英国青少年户外运动教育经历了萌芽、拓展、进阶、完善、成熟五个阶段。发展特征:社会资本深度参与,推动基础设施完善;社会主体多元协同,推动课程内容完善;社会环境多维支持,推动空间结构完善;社会监管持续发力,推动健康安全完善。对我国的启示:坚持政府主导,构建本土化价值体系;创新教育模式,发展时代化多元教育理念;营造社会环境,健全在地化实践机制;加强风险管理,构建全程化安全保障体系。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the development process and characteristics of outdoor sports education for British youth,and put forward enlightenment to China.British youth outdoor sports education has experienced fi ve stages:germination,expansion,advancement,perfection and maturity.Development characteristics:The social capital has been deeply involved in promoting the improvement of infrastructure,the pluralistic cooperation of social subjects promotes the improvement of curriculum content,the multi-dimensional support of social environment promotes the improvement of spatial structure,and the social supervision continues to exert efforts to promote the improvement of health and safety.Enlightenment to China:We should adhere to government leadership to build a localized value system,innovate the education model to develop the modern and diversifi ed education concept,build a social environment to perfect the local practice mechanism,and strengthen risk management to build a whole-process security guarantee system.
