摘要
水电站根据流域水文资料为保障防洪度汛安全一般设计多扇泄洪闸门,根据泄洪闸门外观形状分为平板闸门、弧形闸门、拱形闸门等。不论何种形状闸门一般采用橡胶水封与闸门预埋件侧轨、底坎配合止水。闸门在启闭过程中,水封与侧轨完全接触并产生摩擦,破坏水封密封性能,降低水封使用寿命,从而出现漏水现象。同时闸门在启闭过程中会出现作用力增大的情况,这容易导致密封错位,直接造成水封损坏。本文主要介绍某水电站为防止表孔弧门水封密封性能降低和减少水封更换次数,增加润滑水系统以提高水封使用寿命的实施方法和应用效果的探究。
Hydroelectric power stations commonly incorporate multiple-gate spillway gates in their designs to ensure flood control and safety based on basin hydrological data.These gates come in various shapes,such as flat gates,arc gates,and arch gates.Regardless of the gate shape,rubber water seals are generally used in conjunction with embedded gate components,side tracks,and sill thresholds to provide water-tight sealing.During the opening and closing process of the gates,the water seals come into complete contact with the side tracks,resulting in friction that can damage the sealing performance and reduce the service life of the water seals,leading to water leakage.Additionally,the forces acting on the gates during operation can cause misalignment of the seals,directly resulting in seal damage.This paper primarily focuses on the implementation method and application effect of adding a lubrication water system to arc gates in table holes at a specific hydroelectric power station.The aim is to prevent the decrease in sealing performance and reduce the frequency of seal replacements,thereby enhancing the service life of water seals.
