摘要
罐式断路器作为SF_(6)气体绝缘封闭设备,若气室内残留灰尘、金属碎屑等异物,则可能在带电后引发放电跳闸事故。本文主要介绍了一起550 kV罐式断路器放电案例。通过对故障断路器进行解体检查,并结合有限元仿真分析结果,判定本次事故是由金属异物引起的SF_(6)气隙放电,对整个放电故障过程进行了分析,并提出了相对应的防范措施。该次放电案例为今后类似事故的防范和处理提供了经验与参考。
Tank circuit breaker is used as SF_(6)gas insulation and sealing equipment.If dust,metal debris and other foreign matter remain in the gas room,it may cause discharge trip accident after being charged.This paper introduces a discharge case of 550 kV tank circuit breaker.Through disassembling inspection of the faulty circuit breaker and combining with the result of finite element simulation analysis,it is determined that the accident is the SF_(6)air gap discharge caused by metal foreign matter,the whole discharge fault process is analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.This discharge case provides experience and reference for the prevention and treatment of similar accidents in the future.
