摘要
为实现我国核桃收获的机械化,降低农民的劳动强度,从实际需要出发,应用SolidWorks软件,对振动式核桃采摘机整机及主要部件进行了三维实体设计,并对其主要工作部件激振装置、夹持装置以及升降装置等进行了设计计算,确定了主要技术参数,并对其关键零部件进行优化以及采摘效果验证。结果表明设计的振动式核桃采摘机可以实现核桃的平稳采摘,并且能达到分批采摘的结果。
In order to realize the mechanization of walnut harvesting in China and reduce the labor intensity of farmers,this design based on the actual needs,using SolidWorks software,the whole machine and main three-dimensional solid design to the vibration type walnut picking machine complete machine and the main component,and carries on the design calculation to its main working component exciting device,the clamping device and the lifting device,has determined the main technical parameter,and carries on the optimization picking effect verification.The results show that the vibrating walnut picking machine can realize the steady picking of walnut,and can reach the result of batch picking.
