地方优秀传统文化赋能夜间经济高质量发展研究

Research on high-quality development of the night-time economy empowered by local fine traditional culture

在分析当前城市夜间经济发展过程中存在的文化趋同化、文化展演化等现实问题的基础上,对相关文献进行梳理总结,指出决定城市夜间经济高质量发展的核心竞争力在于地方优秀传统文化的创新性发展与创造性转化。重点阐释了地方优秀传统文化赋能城市夜间经济高质量发展的经济、社会、文化三重价值内涵,进而提出了“点线面”相结合的分层分类赋能路径,即以“点”打造夜间经济的差异性,以“线”规范夜间经济的秩序性,以“面”塑造夜间经济的主题性。最后,从弘扬“地方性”为基础、坚持守正创新为动力和利用数字技术为工具3个方面提出了政策建议。

This paper analyzed issues of cultural assimilation,cultural exhibition and other practical problems on the development of the contemporary unban night-time economy(NTE).Through a review of the academic literature,this paper argued that the innovative development and creative transformation of local fine traditional culture was the definitively core competitiveness to develop urban NTE.This paper systematically deduced that local fine traditional culture features tri-partite value connotations as economic value,social value and cultural value empowering a high quality urban NTE,therefore proposed a hierarchical and classified empowerment path:point,line and surface.Based on this theory,apply“point”to create the diversity of NTE,“line”to regulate the order of NTE,and“surface”to shape the theme of NTE.Finally,this paper put forward three policy-focused suggestions:promoting“endemicity”as the foundation,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground as the driving force,and using digital technology as the tool.
