摘要 目前,洪水淹没分析模型主要采用数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM),受限于数字高程模型的精度和获取难度,分析过程中未顾及洪水在演进过程中的衰减问题。本文结合三维GIS技术和数字高程模型,设计结合上下水位的八邻域种子算法,实现洪水淹没分析功能,建立三维防汛指挥系统。选取5 m、10 m、15 m、20 m分辨率数字高程模型进行模拟分析,结果显示,数字高程模型精度的升高有利于模拟结果的准确提升,可为防洪调度指挥和洪涝灾害的损失评估提供准确的评判依据。 At present,the flood inundation analysis model mainly uses digital elevation model(DEM),which is limited by the accura-cy and the difficulty of obtaining digital elevation models,the attenuation of the flood in the evolution process is not taken into account in the analysis process.This paper combines 3D GIS technology and digital elevation model to design an eight-neighborhood seed al-gorithm that combines upper and lower water levels to achieve flood inundation analysis and establish a 3D flood control command sys-tem.Digital elevation models with resolution of 5m,10m,15m and 20m are selected for simulation analysis,and the results show that the improvement of accuracy of digital elevation models is conducive to the accurate improvement of simulation results,and can provide accurate evaluation basis for flood control operation command and flood disaster loss assessment.
