三维智慧社区网格化管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 随着社区管理逐渐向信息化、数字化、智慧化转变,智慧社区网格化管理将在社区管理和服务中起到关键的作用,本文基于三维地理信息系统技术,采用倾斜摄影三维模型作为数据底图,充分整合社区管理对象元素,建设统一标准的数据服务中心,实现社区资源的网格化管理。三维智慧社区网格化管理系统包含三个子系统,分别为用户管理子系统,主要实现按部门职能进行网格管理员角色配置和功能划分;数据管理子系统,实现网格管理员对辖区范围内对象元素的统一管理与更新;智慧社区可视化系统,清楚了解社区资源分布、对象元素属性、信息统计等。通过建立由上向下逐级互联互通的应用系统,形成更加完善的智慧社区网格化管理体系,最终形成智慧社区一张图。 With the community management gradual transformation to informatization,digitalization and intelligence,intelligent com-munity grid management will play a key role in community management and services.Based on 3D geographic information system tech-nology,this paper uses oblique photography 3D model as the base map,fully integrates the object elements of community manage-ment,builds a unified standard data service center,and implements community resources grid management.3D intelligent community grid management system includes three subsystems,namely user management subsystem,which mainly realizes the role configuration and function division of grid administrator according to department functions;The data management subsystem realizes the unified management and update of object elements within the jurisdiction of grid administrators;The intelligent community visualization system clearly understands the distribution of community resources,object element attributes,information statistics,etc.Through the estab-lishment of an application system that is interconnected from top to bottom,a more perfect intelligent communities grid management system will be formed,and finally a map of intelligent communities will be formed.
