大庆市第三次国土调查成果汇总流程及关键技术研究

Study on the Summary Process and Key Technologies of the Results of the Third National Land Survey of Daqing

在第二次全国土地调查成果基础上,全面细化和完善大庆市土地利用基础数据,调查掌握准确的大庆市土地利用现状和土地资源变化情况,按照国家和省统一制定的数据库标准和建设规范,汇总县级(五区、四县和农垦范围)数据结果和调查数据库,形成大庆市级数据结果和数据库,完成质量检查、数据库整合和接边,并完成统一时点更新数据库,最后对市级数据汇总,为大庆市土地调查工作提供全程技术支撑服务。

Basis on the results of the second national land survey,comprehensively refine and improve the basic data of land use in Daqing city,and investigate and grasp the accurate current situation of land use and changes in land resources in Daqing city,in accordance with the standards set by the state and province in a unified database and construction specification,summary at the county level(five districts,four counties and land reclamation area)data results and survey database,form Daqing municipal data results and database,complete quality inspection,database integration and edge matching,complete unified time point database update,and finally summarize municipal data to provide full technical support services for Daqing land survey.
