长江流域重点水域实行为期10年的禁捕,但是由于涉渔违法行为多在夜间、偏僻水域实施,隐蔽性强,执法不便,急需采用先进的技术手段提高执法效率,保障执法工作高效开展。使用无人机辅助渔政执法,具有巡查范围广、智慧化程度高、管理费用低、隐蔽性好、取证效率高等优点,可以有效弥补人工执法的不足,提高渔政执法准确性和执法效率。实践证明,利用无人机辅助渔政执法系统,开展无人机辅助渔政执法工作,能及时发现疑似违法线索,为渔政执法工作提供了一种高效便利的执法方式。

A 10-year ban on fishing has been implemented in the Yangtze river.However,due to the fact that illegal fishing activities are mostly carried out at night and in remote waters,which is highly hidden and inconvenient to enforce the law.It is urgent to adopt advanced technical means to improve the efficiency of law enforcement and ensure the efficient implementation of law enforcement.Using UAV to assist fishery law enforcement has the advantages of wide patrol range,high intelligence,low management cost,good concealment and high evidence collection efficiency.It can effectively make up for the shortcomings of manual law enforcement and improve the accuracy and efficiency of fishery law enforcement.Practice has proved that the UAV assisted fishery law enforcement system can effectively find suspected illegal clues and provide an efficient and convenient way for fishery law enforcement.
