中医推拿治疗中老年呃逆疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Therapeutic Effects of Traditional Chinese Medical Massage on Hiccup in Middle-aged and Elderly

目的系统评价推拿疗法对中老年呃逆的治疗效果。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、Pubmed、WOS中英文数据库,检索自建库至2022年8月收录的中医推拿治疗呃逆的随机对照试验,由2名研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险(ROB)后,运用Revman5.3统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入7个随机对照试验共计452例患者。Meta分析结果显示推拿在治疗中老年呃逆患者的总有效率方面优于对照组(OR=6.66,95%CI:3.31~13.42,P<0.00001);中医证候积分方面优于对照组(MD=-1.95,95%CI:-3.27~-0.63,P=0.004);但在饮食方面与对照组差异无统计学意义(MD=-0.09,95%CI:-0.71~0.53,P=0.77)。结论当前证据显示,推拿治疗中老年呃逆疗效显著。

Objective To systematically assess the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)massage in treating hiccup among middle-aged and elderly individuals.Methods A comprehensive search was conducted across various databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),Vip China Science and Technology Journal Database(CSTJ),Pubmed,and Web of Science(WOS)database.The search encompassed studies published from the inception of these databases until August 2022,specifically focusing on randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating the use of TCM massage for hiccup therapy.Two researchers independently screened the identified literature,extracted relevant information,and assessed the risk of bias(ROB)for each study.Subsequently,a meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 statistical software to synthesize the findings.Results A total of seven RCTs involving 452 middle-aged and elderly patients were included in the analysis.The results demonstrated that TCM massage exhibited a significantly higher overall response rate for hiccup treatment compared to the control group(OR=6.66,95%CI:3.31-13.42,P0.00001).Moreover,the TCM syndrome score was significantly improved in the massage group compared to the control group(MD=-1.95,95%CI:-3.27--0.63,P=0.004).However,there was no significant difference observed in dietary outcomes between the two groups(MD=-0.09,95%CI:-0.71-0.53,P=0.77).Conclusion The findings of this systematic analysis provide compelling evidence supporting the efficacy of TCM massage as a therapeutic intervention for hiccup in middle-aged and elderly individuals.
