摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种起病隐匿的进行性神经退行性疾病,目前尚无安全有效的治疗方法。光学疗法作为一种非药物的治疗手段或可成为一个有希望的突破口。其中的弱光疗法,又称为光生物调节(PBM),是近年来发展迅速的一种治疗各种类型疾病的创新治疗方式,对癫痫、AD、帕金森病和其他神经退行性疾病有效。本文对PBM在AD中的研究进展作一综述,为今后AD与PBM的相关研究提供参考依据。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease with insidious onset and progressive development.Optical therapy as a non-drug therapy may be a promising breakthrough.Low-light therapy,also known as photobiomodulation(PBM),is an innovative treatment for various types of diseases that has been rapidly developed in recent years.PBM is proved effectively for epilepsy,AD,Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.This article reviews the research progress of PBM in AD,and provides reference for future research on AD and PBM.
