老年综合评估在围术期中的研究进展

Research Progress of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment in Perioperative Period

由于老年患者衰弱、营养不良及共病等多方面因素,该群体发生术后不良事件的风险显著增加。因此,老年人接受手术的必要性、降低围术期风险、减少并发症、维护术后功能状态等一系列问题亟待解决。老年综合评估(CGA)是一种多学科的诊疗方法,对老年人进行健康状况和患病情况的综合评价,并据此制订以维持和改善老年人健康及功能状态为目的的治疗计划,最大限度地提高老年人的生活质量。本文对CGA在围术期的研究现状进行综述,为外科手术取得更好疗效提供依据。

Elderly patients undergoing surgery face a significantly heightened risk of adverse events due to factors such as frailty,malnutrition,and comorbidities.Consequently,urgent attention is required to address a range of challenges,including assessing the necessity of surgery in the elderly,mitigating perioperative risks and complications,and preserving postoperative functional status.Comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)emerges as a multidisciplinary diagnostic and treatment approach,offering a comprehensive evaluation of the health and illness status of older individuals.By tailoring treatment plans to maintain and enhance their health and functionality,CGA aims to optimize the overall quality of life for elderly patients.This article critically reviews the current research status of CGA in the perioperative period,providing a valuable foundation for achieving improved surgical outcomes.
